What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy photography and hiking in the Adirondack Mountains! This year, I started my journey to become an Adirondack 46er. The views from the top of these high peaks make the 8-12 hour climbs worth it.
What do you enjoy most about Syracuse/Central NY?
Having been born and raised in Syracuse, I didn’t realize how much I loved this city until I moved away for undergrad and medical school. It is a blessing to return home to serve my city. Since Syracuse is centrally located, you can drive in any direction and find a day’s adventure for you and your family. Going North, you can visit Boldt Castle in the Thousand Islands. Heading South, you can visit the largest apple orchard in the area – Beak and Skiff. To the East, you can see the Adirondack and Catskill Mountains – a year-round adventure! And going West, you can visit the Finger lakes region and hike in Watkins Glen.
