Why did you choose St. Joseph’s?
I chose St. Joe’s because of the sense of collegiality and community that I felt on interview day. The most important part of my undergrad experience at Bucknell, and med school experience at AUC was this same feeling and I am so happy that St. Joe’s is this way as well.
Any advice for prospective candidates?
Be yourself on interview day. Whether it’s a Zoom interview or in-person, find something other than medicine to talk about with your interviewers. Getting to know you as a person is just as, or even MORE, important than getting to know you as an medical student!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love kayaking, hiking, or even just hanging out downtown with my co-residents. I also love to sing and enjoyed a wonderful experience with a local choir in the area.
