Area of interest/future practice plans: Outpatient practice with focus on women’s health/OB
Why did you choose St. Joseph’s?
The residency has a variety of opportunities for hands on learning, both in inpatient and outpatient medicine. Since we are unopposed, I have been able to be involved in a variety of procedures and on our OB rotation we are able to deliver a lot of babies. We also follow our continuity clinic patients from initial prenatal appointment all the way to delivery.
What is the relationship between residents and faculty?
The faculty are extremely supportive and approachable. They want us to achieve and check in with us if to make sure we are getting the experience we are interested in.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I play disc golf and soccer. I am also a huge nerd and enjoy playing video games and D&D.
